Oh yes girl! You have placed an order with us! The Wildheartbabes in the warehouse will immediately work with your order and send it to you for free. Note! Personalized covers can NOT Returned or exchanged!
When your order is packed, it is transferred to our shipping partners, PostNL (the Netherlands) and Bpost (Belgium). Our envelope is on the doormat in the Netherlands within two to three days and at our Belgian Wildheartbabes within three to four days. Of course it can happen that our shipping partners take a little longer than you normally get used to, this can be due to bad weather conditions, holidays or other delays. It is also important to know that Sunday and Monday are not working days for our shipping partners. So if you have placed an order during the weekend, keep in mind that Tuesday is the first working day of the week to deliver your order.

Have you received a wrong product?
Sorry, that is of course not the intention! Contact our superfantastic customer service as soon as possible by emailing service@xoxowildhearts.com. They are ready for you and will solve the problem for you immediately.
Do you want to return your order?
We think it is a shame to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, but returning it is no problem with us. You can return your order within 30 days. You will receive the full order amount, via the payment method you have chosen. Make sure that you pack the item (s) unused and undamaged. Personalized covers can NOT returned or exchanged.
Registration of returns:
- Register your return here: Return
- Enter your order number and e-mail
- Choose which product (s) you want to return
- Mark the reason and add images
- Choose whether you want to exchange the order or whether you want the order amount to be refunded. Do you want to swap? Then indicate in the text box which product (s) you want to receive
- Then choose the shipping option and then "send a return request"
- We check your return request and approve it or off. If it has been approved, you will receive an email with further information on how you can return your order
The costs for returns are for your own account, unless you choose to exchange your order. You can send the return shipment by letterbox post and you can throw on the street in any mailbox. You need for thisnot To a post office. With the Track & Trace option you can follow your return every minute of the day and you can also see when it arrived with us. The risk of the return shipment in the event of a search lies with you.
Has your product been damaged or delivered incorrectly? That is certainly not the intention, so contact our customer service as soon as possible to contact our Wildheartbabes to service@xoxowildhearts.com. We will then solve the problem immediately. Of course you don't have to pay for these costs!
Exchange
Have you ordered something, but would you prefer to receive something else? That is also possible with us girl! You can exchange your order within 30 days. Perform the above steps to return the product (s) and choose the "Exchange" option. It is important to clearly state in the text box for which product (s) you want to exchange it, so that our wildheart babes in the warehouse can do this immediately for you if we have received your return.

What happens if you have sent your return?
As soon as we have received and process your return, we will let you know via a confirmation email. When we have received the product in good and original condition, we will refund the order amount due within five working days of receipt, via the payment method you have chosen.
