How and when will my order be shipped?
Yeah! We're so happy you ordered with us! Our shipping partner PostNL delivers your order within one to three days in your mailbox. You don't have to stay at home, because our envelope will be delivered to your doorstep.
We ship all orders in the Netherlands for free. For orders in the EU, shipping costs 1.99. Orders above €25,- have free shipping. Shipping costs to the UK are £1.99, orders over £25 are shipped free! See all information about shipping here.
How will my order be packaged?
What is your return policy?
You will be refunded the full amount of your order via the payment method used for purchase. Make sure the item (s) are unused with also a undamaged packaging. Personalized cases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

I received a damaged or wrong product. What do I do now?
My received product looks different than on the website. How is that possible?
How do I take care of my xoxo Wildhearts case?
- Keep the case away from paint, perfume or anything that contains alcohol.
- Make-up, oil, dyes and denim are also not good for the case. Some stains are easy to remove, but there are also stains that you can't get off easily.
- It is also important not to keep the case in direct sunlight or heat for hours. It may be that the case will discolor faster.
